Good household items to make a punching/kicking bag?

I have a sparring tkd tournament coming up and i need something to AIM my kicks, ive got the power and control down, but i need something more to help aim
so id like to know any household items that can be made into a kicking bag and take some hard hits, (hanging off of something)
plz type HOW to make it, eg. string of ceiling etc.. step by step

I used to hang my little brother by his underwear, but that was me…..LOL

Get a military Duffel bag and pack it full of any old heavy items you can stuff in there. Make sure you remove the snap pocket carefully. Route some rope through the holes in the top of the bag, cinch it tight, and remember to pack the stuff in there tight. Ok now using those same holes route some more rope through and hang it in whatever sturdy place you can hang it, and kick its A**. Oh and remember little brothers get older and wiser, and BIGGER. Mine years later through me in a snow bank, from about a 10 ft drop. He also knocked me out with a golf club. ( I had it coming) Good Luck
